Welcome to the Wave Suite, a light-filled one-bedroom at Palm House, part of Garnet Beaches, a boutique six-suite collection in the heart of Cocoa Beach.

THE SPACE
The open living room is made for slow beach days: two deep sofas (one a sleeper for guests three and four), a live-edge coffee table stacked with beach reads and games, a Smart TV, ceiling fan and coastal art throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, cookware and dishes, plus a coffee station. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen.

The private bedroom has a plush queen bed with crisp hotel-quality linens, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, modern vanity and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

THE LOCATION
You are a 2-minute walk from the sand. Cocoa Beach Pier, downtown restaurants, surf shops and the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop are all minutes away. Watch rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center right from the beach, then grab fresh seafood and a sunset cocktail. Orlando's theme parks are about an hour west.

• Please keep noise low, especially after 10 PM
• Maximum 4 guests · primary renter must be 21+
• Coffee, tea and sweeteners are stocked at our central guest station
• Exterior Ring cameras are located outside each entry door and overlook the parking lot and shed area. These cameras record video and audio. No noise monitors are installed. No cameras are inside the accommodations.

STAY DETAILS
Wi-Fi is provided by AT&T. All TVs are Smart TVs; use your own subscriptions and sign out before departure. Beach towels are provided. Chairs, umbrellas and wagons are labeled by unit; boogie boards are shared. Only registered guests are permitted; no day visitors.
One designated parking space is provided per suite. If you need additional spaces, call or text (321) 328-0803 before parking extra vehicles; extra parking requires host approval and depends on availability. Keep entrances, access routes, neighboring driveways and fire lanes clear. Do not park on grass, streets or sidewalks.

SHARED OUTDOOR AREAS
The courtyard and outdoor common areas are shared by guests across all six suites in Coral House and Palm House. These areas are not private or exclusive to an individual suite or whole-building reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
